Customer service - Remote position, approximately 30 hours per week.

Familiar with homeopathy.

Answer customer emails, type invoices, track shipping, help customers find remedies. We do not suggest remedy, potency, or dosing.

Verify new Practitioners and set up Practitioner discounts. Provide remedy codes to Practitioners.

Cell phone provided. We do not take payments over the phone.

Shipping Clerk - Sequim, Washington, approximately 25 hours per week. Monday - Friday 10am - 3pm, some flexibility.
