Inspiring Homeopathy & C4 Trituration

The C4 Trituration of one of the Inspiring Homeopathy remedies, lac-maternum, was brought to life through a collaboration created by Kim Kalina CCH, RSHOM, (NA).

"When Tinus Smits passed away and asked me to continue spreading the word and training homeopaths in the use of Inspiring Homeopathy, it came to me quickly that I needed to re-create these universal remedies using the C4 trituration method (more can be found about this online). So I put out the call to those who have completed their IH initiation here at my farm to see if anyone would like to undertake this project with me, and 8 women were able to be present for the first one (including myself). We chose to begin our process with Lac Maternum, since it is all about incarnation, and it felt like we were starting at the beginning of Inspiring Homeopathy again, awaiting its re-birth, and a deepening of our understanding of this universal remedy and layer.

We gathered here at my farm in rural upstate NY, and began our trituration process with Lac maternum 1x that we acquired from Elizabeth at I & E Organics, and then we triturated all the way up to the C8 levels, taking careful notes as we went along. We worked in pairs in a conscious and meditative state – 2 women per triturating bowl (one triturating, one taking notes, switching roles at each stage in the trituration process), and then combined the powders as a group at the end of each level of trituration to form our master powder for the level. A sample of this was then sent to Elizabeth at I & E to potentize into the potencies we now use – 10C, 40C, 220, and 1300C.

We have found these trituration potencies to be profound – and the overall theme of Lac Maternum that emerged from this process seemed to be “To Thine Own Self Be True” – in other words, it assists one in simply being true to who they are"
